The Buk Thermal Bath is one of Western Hungary's most beautiful and most popular resorts - Hotel Corvus offers the best accommodation you can wish for. The small town is situated 27 kms from Szombathely and Sarvar, 52 from the Austrian border, 130 km from Vienna; its medicinal water belongs to the group of thermal waters containing calcium, magnesium and hydrogen carbonate.
On the basis of clinical tests this thermal water is recommended and suitable for balneal hydrophysico-therapeutical treatments, especially for locomotors disorders, rheumatic diseases, orthopaedic problems, gynaecological diseases, diseases of the digestive organs and follow-up treatments after accidents. 8 thermal pools (32-34 C), 4 pools with medicinal water (32-39 C), 4 pools for children (28-32 C), 2 swimming pools with fixed-level water plane (24-26 C), 2 pools for treatment, 1 diving pool and 1 pool with a slide are at the disposal of the guests.
The following treatments can be used under medical supervision and nursing at our own therapeutic section: magnetic therapy, underwater-, medical, sole (reflexology) massage, mudpack and physiotherapy.
