Upon request: cellular phone rental, luggage room, fax machine and xerox available. Only cash payment, credit cards not accepted. Club Guestrooms reserve the right to request security deposit in case of group reservations or at least 4 guests staying in the same apartment. The safety deposit is 50EUR/guest and required to be paid at check-in. It will be refunded if the apartment has been returned in the condition guests had found it upon arrival, and the landlord agrees that no damage had been caused, company policy had not been broken.
